Identification

Abstract

This map shows the delineation of the Milk River Transboundary Aquifer. The aquifer is bounded by the edge of the Disturbed Belt on the west, by the Cypress Hills on the northeast and the Bears Paw Mountains on the southeast. The aquifer covers an area of 24 883 km2. It ranges from longitude 109°40'W to 112°30'W and from latitude 48°10'N to 49°55'N.
